Everything our apps show you is drawn from something you actually said or did. If we can’t point at it, we don’t say it. No invented memories, no confident guesses dressed up as insight.
It would be easy to build software that tells you you’re doing great. We’d rather build software you can trust — which sometimes means it stays quiet instead of cheering.
No streaks to protect, no badges, no manufactured urgency. If you skip three days, nothing is lost and nothing scolds you. These are tools for a life, not a game.
